SENIOR EXECUTIVE - CUSTOMER CARE
Pinnanna Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and customer focused professional to join our team as a Senior Executive – Customer Care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve customer service standards and processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Prepare customer service reports and analyze customer feedback.
- Support and guide customer care team members in delivering excellent service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow ups.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in preparing reports and analyzing customer feedback.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Positive attitude, customer focused mindset, and professional appearance.
