Receptionist

Pintanna Holdings (Pvt) Ltd – Head Office, Nugegoda

Pintanna Holdings is seeking a dynamic, pleasant, and customer focused individual to join our Head Office team as a Receptionist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the reception area and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical duties.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Support Head Office operations as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • G.C.E. A/L qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
