Receptionist
Pintanna Holdings (Pvt) Ltd – Head Office, Nugegoda
Pintanna Holdings is seeking a dynamic, pleasant, and customer focused individual to join our Head Office team as a Receptionist.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the reception area and welcome visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments.
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Support Head Office operations as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- G.C.E. A/L qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Good computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
