We are a U.S.-based steel detailing company (Steel Construction) seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to support our U.S. and Canada operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact steel fabricators and construction companies in the U.S. & Canada
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Follow up on RFQs and proposals
- Maintain CRM and customer records
- Coordinate with internal project team
WORKING HOURS
Night Shift (7.00 PM - 4.00 AM Sri Lanka Time)
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident in phone conversations and email communication
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales/business development/customer service
- Ability to work independently during night shift
- Construction industry experience is an advantage
