Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot PC, laptop, and peripheral hardware issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on end-user devices.
  • Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company at customer locations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates and diploma holders with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to develop their careers in IT support services are encouraged to apply for the Associate Engineer role.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in desktop, laptop, and end-user support will be preferred for the Field Support Engineer role.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, customer-focused communication skills, and a professional work ethic are essential.
  • Good understanding of PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
  • Experience in printer troubleshooting, endpoint support, and basic networking will be considered advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid riding or driving licence will be an added advantage.
