What we're looking for :
- A background in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field (undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome).
- Partial qualifications in CA, CIMA, or CMA as an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
What you will do :
- Ensure smooth operation of accounts payable function.
- Update accounting records in the system timely and accurately.
- Liaise with suppliers in communicating their queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of deadlines.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and maintaining accounting records and ledgers.
- Preparation of ad hoc reports requested by the management.
- Assist in year end accounts finalizing related processes.
