PRODUCTION TRAINEES

Global Sports Lanka (Private) Limited [Formerly North Sails Lanka (Private) Limited] has been a world leader in sports and leisure equipment manufacturing for over four decades. Partnering with globally recognized brands, we hold a pioneer position in the global market for surf kites, foil wings and wind surfing sails. With more than 950 employees across our Katunayake and Wathupitiwala Export Processing Zones and is owned by GST Betilungs GmbH, incorporated in Austria.

We are now seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Production team and contribute as Production Trainees and grow with a company that values excellence and innovation.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Statistics, Mathematics, Science, Textile Technology, or an equivalent qualification
• Having exposure and knowledge in CAD is a must.
• Ability to work in MS Office packages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English – both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A strong passion for career development and a commitment to continuous learning
• Preferred age: 20–30 years
