SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Oversee the entire day-to-day villa operations ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Handle guest relations and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and supervise staff including scheduling and discipline.
  • Overlook maintenance and coordinate timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with Head Office on operational matters.
  • Monitor basic operational costs, inventory, and service quality.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
