SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (B2B)
Join Ark Living Interior & Furniture and be a key driver in delivering exceptional interior and furniture solutions to leading businesses and organisations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, hotels, corporate clients & contractors.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and project presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Work closely with design & project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the furniture, interior design, construction, fit-out, architectural or related industries.
- Strong network within:
- Corporate sector
- Property developers
- Hotels & hospitality
- Architects & interior designers
- Construction industry
- Demonstrated track record of closing high-value projects.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
