SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (B2B)

Join Ark Living Interior & Furniture and be a key driver in delivering exceptional interior and furniture solutions to leading businesses and organisations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, hotels, corporate clients & contractors.
  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and project presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Work closely with design & project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the furniture, interior design, construction, fit-out, architectural or related industries.
  • Strong network within:
    • Corporate sector
    • Property developers
    • Hotels & hospitality
    • Architects & interior designers
    • Construction industry
  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
