CALL CENTER OPERATOR - CLAIMS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach while resolving concerns efficiently.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Age below 35 years
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using communication tools.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
