TOUR COORDINATOR
Ceilan Eco Tours is a Destination Management Company based in Negombo, Sri Lanka. We offer comprehensive travel solutions and services in Sri Lanka. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and preparing tour itineraries.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and guides.
- Support booking process and handle basic client inquiries.
- Assist in day-to-day tour operations and logistics.
- Maintain records and updated booking systems.
- Ensure smooth execution of tours and customer satisfaction.
- Adopt a structured, process-driven, and solution-oriented approach to all tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- A recognized qualification from a reputable university or institute. Trainees and entry level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- With a genuine passion for marketing and business development.
- Proficiency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Additional language skills such as French, Spanish, Japanese, or any other will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive team player with a high level of dedication.
- Be between 22-35 years of age.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook emails.
