FACILITIES MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER
LUXURY CONDOMINIUMS IN COLOMBO & SUBURBS

We manage premium luxury condominiums & Grade-A commercial buildings in Colombo & Rajagiriya. This is a hand-on management role for experienced engineering professional, ready to manage full asset performance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or ICT
- Excellent spoken + written English required
Experience
- Minimum 10 years in senior project management OR senior facilities management roles
- Proven track record managing large teams, budgets, and complex building systems
- Experience with luxury condominiums, commercial towers, or institutional assets preferred
Competencies
- End-to-end preventive + predictive maintenance strategy
- Budget planning, cost control, CAPEX/OPEX management, energy efficiency programs
- Statutory compliance, HSE, documentation & client reporting
- Leading, training, and motivating multi-disciplinary engineering + admin teams
- Excellent professional references from previous employers/clients required
