STUDENT ENROLMENT EXECUTIVES - HND PROGRAMS
Horizon Campus is a reputed Higher Education provider recognized as a Degree Awarding non state Higher Education Institute by the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education in Sri Lanka. To maintain and enhance our scope we need talented, hardworking individuals to take up below position at our main Campus in Malabe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular follow – ups and convert prospective students in to enrolments.
- Maintain accurate and up – to – date sales reports.
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, school visits, and promotional events to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Plan and organize events aimed at increasing potential leads.
- Advise students on admission requirements, Scholarships and Visa Processes.
- Maintain a proactive and professional approach in guiding prospective students through the enrollment journey.
REQUIREMENTS
- A recognized professional qualification in Marketing or a related field from a recognized university or institution.
- Previous exposure to enrolment processes for HND/HNC programs will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
