Part-qualified in CIMA, ACCA, CA Sri Lanka, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Costing, Management Reporting, Budgeting, or Financial Analysis.
Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prepare management reports and financial analyses.
Conduct costing, pricing, and profitability reviews.
Support budgeting, price revisions, and investment evaluations.
Maintain costing data and ERP system records.
Required to involve in all other finance-related activities and responsibilities as assigned.
