ASSISTANT MANAGER – REGULATORY LIAISON & NMRA AFFAIRS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact between Hemas Regulatory Affairs and NMRA.
- Maintain a strong regulatory presence at NMRA to facilitate timely approvals and query resolutions.
- Coordinate and follow up on regulatory submissions, clarifications, and approvals.
- Proactively identify and resolve regulatory bottlenecks impacting business operations.
- Provide timely regulatory intelligence, updates, and risk assessments to internal stakeholders.
- Support portfolio teams in achieving predictable regulatory timelines and successful product registrations.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Development, and Regulatory Affairs teams on regulatory matters.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or a related pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
- Proven experience working with or engaging regulatory authorities, preferably NMRA.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm).
- Postgraduate or Master’s qualification in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
- Registered Pharmacist qualification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical registration requirements, dossiers, evaluations, and regulatory compliance processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
