PRODUCT MANAGER
Are you a commercially driven product professional with a passion for building and scaling product portfolios? LAUGFS Lubricants is looking for a dynamic and results oriented Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Automotive Aftermarket Product Range. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive a high potential category including Coolants, Brake & Clutch Fluids, Car Care Products, Filters, Battery Water, and more.
- Portfolio Development & Growth: Develop and expand the aftermarket product portfolio by identifying gaps, introducing new products, and enhancing existing offerings.
- Go to Market & Sales Drive: Work closely with the sales team to drive distribution, listings, visibility, and sale growth across retail and trade channels.
- Marketing & Brand Activation: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Brand Teams to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and brand building initiatives to increase awareness and demand.
- Market Intelligence & Innovation: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and innovations.
- Trade Execution: Ensure strong in-store presence through displays, merchandising, and activation programs to maximize product visibility and conversion.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with internal teams including sales, marketing, procurement, and operations to ensure smooth product lifecycle management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing & Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in handling similar job role.
- Experience in automotive aftermarket, lubricants, FMCG, or related industries will be a strong advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen with a sales driven mindset.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products and drive execution in a fast paced environment.
ASSISTANT MANAGER – INDUSTRIAL SALES
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Assistant Manager – Industrial Sales to support the expansion of our B2B business segment.
Job Role:
- Manage and develop relationships with key industrial clients to ensure long term business partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to align sales strategies accordingly.
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing & Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in B2B or industrial sales, preferably in the lubricant, FMCG, or automotive sectors.
- Proven ability to manage key clients and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A customer-focused and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic sales environment.
