Job Description
CIDA- C1 Grade, Engineering organization has opportunities for dynamic result-oriented persons to join our team of professionals in the position mentioned below for our Colombo, Jaffna & Matale Road Projects.
1. Accountant
- Fully or partly qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
2. Accounts Assistant
- Possessing a degree/diploma in a relevant field or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of total experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Capable of independently handling duties ranging from basic accounting to financial reporting.
3. Trainee Site Engineer (Trainee SE)
- Following or completed a Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work at project/sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Store Keeper (SK)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar role (preferably in the construction industry).
- Experience in store/inventory management
- Willingness to work at project/site locations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain discipline within the store environment.
- Knowledge of construction materials and equipment will be a distinct advantage.
5. Quantity Surveyor
- BSc /NDT/NDES/HNDE or NCT(OS)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Similar Projects
- Hand on Experience in Tendering, Project Coordination’s & all other QS related activities.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
6. Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Diploma / HND / NVQ in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Basic knowledge of BOQs, measurements, and cost estimation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Similar Projects
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Site experience will be an advantage
