CUSTOMER RELATION EXECUTIVE ( ORUGODAWATTA )
- Greet customers as they arrive and inquire into their purpose of visit.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and coordinate with other departments all the time.
- Handle customer complaints by ensuring complete customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Strong desire to help customers identify customer needs that would help customer to make the best choice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A good secondary education with minimum 3 passes at GCE Advanced Level.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customer care preferably in an automobile company.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala languages.
- Good negotiation skills & follow up skills.
- Should have valid driving license.
- Age below 45 years.
