We Are Looking for Dynamic Personalities With the Following Qualification
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- BSc/ Diploma/ NCT in Quantity Surveying
- Should have minimum 5 years experience.
- Knowledge in Auto Cad/ Plan swift /Blue beam/ MS Office / MS Project
- Ability to read and extract quantities from drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of Local constructions rates, materials and billing formats
- Ability to prepare rate breakdowns and rate analysis.
- Track material consumptions and reconcile with site usage reports
- Experience in Tendering and Contract administration is an added advantage.
- Preperation of BOQ's, Interim payment application, Final payment certificate, Variations, Sub contractor bills etc.
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- HND or NCT in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 1-2 years experience
- Knowledge in Auto Cad/ MS Office /
- Taking off measurement, DPR preparation and coordinate with site staff
