Legal Secretary

The Legal Secretary is responsible for providing administrative, secretarial, and documentation support to the Legal Advisory Team. The role includes drafting and preparing legal and corporate documents, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with clients and government authorities, scheduling meetings, and ensuring the smooth handling of legal matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Employment Nature

  • Location: 360-Head Office - Galle
  • Employment Type: Full-Time Position / Onsite (Work from Office)
  • Reporting To: Legal Manager

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Degree equivalent qualification in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy with sound knowledge of MS Office Package.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an administrative position or similar role.
  • Prior experience or internship exposure in a legal firm will be considered a distinct advantage.
