HR EXECUTIVE
- REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Professional qualification in HRM
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor law and legal compliance
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Oversee the development and monitoring of HR policies, systems, and procedures
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Identify training needs and implement employee development initiatives
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
- Support management with reporting and strategic HR insights
ACCOUNTANT
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate accounting records and bookkeeping
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Process payroll and statutory payments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants
- Perform general administrative and finance-related duties
- REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma, Degree, or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
