Executive / Senior Executive - Internal Audit

The Job

• Conduct comprehensive audits of all claims processes, including Motor and Non-Motor claims to ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting guidelines, delegated authorities, and regulatory requirements.
• Audit slip transfer transactions and related accounting entries to ensure completeness, accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with internal procedures.
• Carry out process audits to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of operational processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to strengthen internal controls and operational performance.
• Prepare and submit detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks and control deficiencies.

The Person

• Following AAT / CA / CMA / AII / Insurance Diploma
• 2-4 years’ experience in Auditing / Accounting / Finance department will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in the Insurance industry will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Accounting software and MS Excel, Word etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Age below 40 years
