We are the pioneer in the supply of adhesive packaging tapes with over 30 years of experience and a member of JF Packaging PLC. We manufacture and supply all types of packing tapes to both local and international markets.
SALES COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate day-to-day sales/marketing operations and assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and dispatch follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and ensure prompt delivery of products.
- Regularly maintain and update sales/marketing records on time.
- Closely monitor outstanding payments and support credit control activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- GCE A/L or professional qualification from a recognized Institute.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Experience in handling Corporate Sales/Marketing functions will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Presentation skills & ability to prepare monthly sales budgets.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
