DOCUMENT COORDINATOR

YOUR TASKS

  • Implement and regulate the document controlling system for maintaining and updating standard documentation
  • Report progress of check & release process of documents to management
  • Manage retention of all records and specifications related to the quality of the product within established guidelines
  • Carry out changes on site layout plans using relevant software
  • Follow-up and support EPL (Environment Protection License) and SWL (Scheduled Waste License) renewal process
  • Review and update documents in reference of current legal requirements and relevant compliances
  • Compare design drawings & specifications, identify and mark relevant changes as per specifications, communicate changes to relevant parties and follow-up approval and release process. Further, maintain record retention as required
  • Maintain and follow up for ECRs (Engineering Change Requests) and complete updates
  • Support QMS (Quality Management System) and EMS (Environmental Management System) audits

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree or diploma in business administration, quality management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of working experience in quality related documentation functions or similar role
  • Demonstrable experience in document review and controlling
  • Knowledge of auditing standards and tools such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
  • Knowledge of general quality core tools such as 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Ishikawa diagrams/ fishbone diagrams within the CIP process and their applications
  • Knowledge of CAQ (Computer Aided Quality) system
  • Excellent computer literacy and functional knowledge of MS Office, K2 intern and Outlook software
  • Fluent in Business English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to demonstrate high level of responsibility, reliability and accuracy in data handling
  • Ability to self-initiate tasks and work independently
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
