A leading international construction company is on the lookout for a person for the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor – Female, Age below 45 years.

Cost Planning & Estimation
1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for building projects
2. Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs
3. Conduct feasibility and cost studies
Tendering & Procurement
1. Prepare tender documents and BOQs
2. valuate contractor and supplier quotations
Site & Project Cost Control
1. Monitor project costs and cash flow
2. Certify interim payments to contractors
Financial reporting
1. Prepare cost reports and forecasts
2. Track variations and budget deviations
3. Maintain proper documentation
Other
1. Coordinate and work closely with Architects, Engineers, Project Managers & Subcontractors

BSc/HND qualification obtained from a recognized University /Institute
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials and cost structures
Strong analytical & numerical skills
Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Software knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Project & MS office package
Minimum 10 years’ experience building construction
Proven ability to manage teams
Experience in steel buildings specifically in pre-engineered buildings (PEB’s) would be an added advantage
