TELECOMMUNICATIONS FIELD TECHNICIAN
RF TOWER • FTTH • OSP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot RF equipment on telecom towers
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot FTTH (Fiber to the Home) networks
- Carry out OSP (Outside Plant) activities including pole work, cabling, and splicing
- Perform preventive maintenance and site inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- EQUAL OR BELOW HND in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related field
- Basic knowledge of RF systems, FTTH, OSP, and fiber splicing
- Physically fit and willing to work at heights and in outdoor environments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to travel and work at sites across the island
- Valid riding license will be an added advantage
