SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Our client, leading printing and packaging company serving export markets, is committed to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction. We’re expanding our marketing team at our Kelaniya office.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.
- 2. Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities in local and export markets.
- 3. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients; act as the primary point of contact.
- 4. Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- 5. Maintain accurate records, CRM entries and follow-up workflows independently.
- 6. Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- 7. Coordinate internally with production, logistics and quality teams to meet client requirements.
- 8. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the board or management.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or marketing (preferably in packaging/exports or B2B).
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management, prioritisation, and internal coordination skills; performs well under pressure.
- CIM, SLIM or equivalent professional marketing qualification preferred.
- Valid driving license and motorcycle riding license (mandatory).
- Age: 25–35.
