TRANSPORT - EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to oversee our vehicle fleet operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and timely transportation of cash and valuables, and maintaining the vehicle fleet.

What you should do:

• Oversee daily operations of the vehicle fleet, ensuring adherence to schedules and safety protocols.
• Ensure all vehicle insurance, license renewals, eco tests, and fitness tests are completed on time.
• Manage the ordering, replacement, and maintenance of spare parts, tires, and car batteries.
• Monitor and ensure proper maintenance and servicing of vehicles to minimize downtime.
• Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and reduce operational costs.
• Report vehicle accidents and repairs to the insurance company and follow up until the process is complete.
• Monitor the fuel pumping process for vehicles according to the given schedule.
• Prepare reports on fleet performance, incidents, and improvements.

What you should have:

• Diploma in logistics, transport management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in cash-in-transit or security services.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and spare parts.
• Proficiency in transport management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Age between 25-45 years
• Valid Driving license.
