MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCE
Kiffs (Pvt) Limited, a leading company in PET bottle manufacturing and distribution in Sri Lanka, is seeking a young, energetic, and dynamic professional (below 40 years of age) to join our team as Manager – Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with divisional heads to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to ensure effectiveness and consistency.
- Identify current and future training needs; design and manage training and development initiatives while maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulatory requirements in Sri Lanka.
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes to attract and retain high-performing talent.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational development activities.
- Ensure efficient and effective management of all HR operational functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in HR functional area in executive capacity.
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and data handling.
- Experience in HRIS will be an added advantage.
