Job Requirements:
- Strong interest in building a career in a manufacturing environment.
- Passion for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both manufacturing, research and development environments.
- Candidates with academic or practical exposure to textiles, chemicals, manufacturing, or related industries will have an added advantage.
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Research & Development activities, including product development, testing, and evaluation and maintain proper records.
- Support quality improvement and troubleshooting activities.
- Prepare reports and technical documentation.
- Work closely with technical, production, quality assurance and engineering teams.
