ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR/ DIRECTOR - INTERNAL AUDIT

Key Requirements

• Chartered Accountant or member of a professional accounting body (e.g., CIMA, ACCA).
• CIA or CFE certifications are a plus.
• 10+ years’ experience in leading internal audits, IT audits, in an audit firm or industry and familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., CBSL, SEC, IRCSL).
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and deliver risk-based advice and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strong competences in strategic thinking, data analytics, risk management and effective communication.
• Be able to frequently visit client locations.
