Junior Executive / Executive - Social Media & Creative

Job Profile
- Proficiency in graphic designing, content creation tools and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and paid campaign basics.
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Sinhala / Tamil.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Team collaboration and coordination skills.
- Proactive and trend-oriented mindset.
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or creative design.
- Experience in financial services or corporate branding is an added advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or AI-related tools will be an added advantage.
