Just finished your A/Levels in Commerce? Most school leavers will spend the next two years waiting — for results, for university intakes, for “experience” nobody will give them. Here is a different plan. A definite one.
THE OFFER
- Rs. 50,000 per month from day one — a real professional salary, not an intern's allowance

- Company-paid professional training at the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Sri Lanka (CITSL — incorporated by Act of Parliament as the Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation) — your qualification, funded by us while you earn

YOUR TWO-YEAR PATH
- Months 1–6: Hands-on training with real clients at Sri Lanka’s leading online tax firm. Income tax computations, client communication, IRD procedures — learned by doing, not watching.
- By Year 1: Handling your own client portfolio. CITSL training underway, paid by us. You’ll know more about Sri Lankan taxation than most accounting graduates.
- By Year 2: A CITSL-trained tax professional with two years of genuine client experience, AI-era systems skills (Salesforce CRM, AI-assisted tax delivery), and a CV that opens doors in Sri Lanka or overseas.
THE WORK
- Assist our tax experts with consultations, computations and return filing
- Manage client relationships — calls, emails, follow-ups for thousands of clients
- Handle IRD registrations and field visits (you’ll know your way around the Department like a pro)
- Work daily with the AI-assisted systems that make Lanka.tax the most advanced tax practice in the country
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A/Levels completed in the Commerce stream (minimum ‘C’ passes)
- ‘A’ for English at O/Levels — Sinhala or Tamil fluency a strong plus
- Comfortable with MS Office, email and the internet
- Responsible, organised, hungry to learn — and ready to commit two years to becoming excellent
- Willing to travel for IRD field visits
