We are looking for Junior Sales Associate

Panasian Power PLC (PAP) is a leading supplier of clean, renewable energy to Sri Lanka's national energy grid. Established in 2002 with support from the Board of Investment, PAP operates three Mini-Hydro Power Plants with ground and rooftop solar plants to provide affordable, sustainable, and reliable energy to the country. With a vision of enhancing the power requirement of the region while preserving the environment, PAP is committed to a brighter, cleaner, and more sustainable future. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Junior Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in day-to-day sales operations and customer interactions.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Prepare and maintain sales records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English will be a distinct advantage.
• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
