Nawaloka Care Lab – Manager – Recovery & Compliance

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up overdue accounts and ensure timely collections from debtors
• Develop and implement effective recovery procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with legal officers and landlords for drafting, reviewing and processing lease agreements
• Report compliances to management.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in recovery, compliance and administration (managerial experience preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations, recovery procedures and lease agreements
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Valid driving license preferred
• Age - Below 40
