OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Strategically located in a Corporate business district of Colombo, with potential for transient leisure and Sports related business, the well-appointed 30 Rooms star category Hotel requires an experienced, suitably qualified, promising OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE, to oversee select daily operations, staff performance. Front Office and guest satisfaction, ensuring high standards and be a driving force for profits across all Hotel departments.
Core Responsibilities & Operations
- Drive sales growth and profit-oriented revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Coordinate and oversee Food & Beverage (F&B) operations to maximize performance and profitability.
- Lead hotel operations and staff through a hands-on approach in the absence of the Manager.
- Effectively handle and resolve guest complaints while maintaining high service standards.
- Develop innovative strategies to maximize patronage and achieve high guest ratings across all departments.
- Efficiently manage Channel Management systems, Booking Engines, and key financial functions, reporting directly to the Manager.
