Customer Support Associate
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or call center experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil, both verbal and written
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing good service
Job Duties:
- Assist clients by answering general inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide clear and basic guidance to clients on service processes
- Follow up on client tasks and ensure they are on track
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely updates
- Address walk-in clients by providing initial assistance and directing them appropriately
