Each room is designed to serve as a sanctuary with tranquil indoor and outdoor living spaces, intimate artistic touches and on-demand service.

WE HAVE FOLLOWING VACANCIES TO BE FILLED BY ENTHUSIASTIC COMMITTED PROFESSIONALS

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT – CORPORATE OFFICE (COLOMBO)

The applicant should have experience in auditing, preparation of final accounts reconciliations and handling tax matters. Should have a degree or be part qualified in CA/CIMA and be proficient in IT and fluent in English. Applicants with previous audit experience and hotel experience will stand a better chance. Age below 35 years. This position requires visiting the hotel sites fortnightly.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - CORPORATE OFFICE (COLOMBO)

The applicant should have experience in auditing, preparation of reconciliations and handling tax matters. Should be fully or part qualified in AAT/CMA and be proficient in IT and fluent in English. Applicants with previous audit experience & IT hardware troubleshooting skills will be at an added advantage. Age below 35 years. This position requires visiting the hotel sites fortnightly.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR & ASST. QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• NDT, HNDE, NCT, ICBT, or Equivalent Qualification.
• Minimum 2 Year’s Experience in Tendering and Billing of Building and Structures Construction
• Good Knowledge of Auto CAD and MS Project

SALES EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with DMCs and travel agents.
• Ensure the resort is actively promoted in itineraries, quotations, and proposals.
• Handle rate requests and coordinate quotations with the reservations team.
• Follow up consistently on enquiries and pending bookings.
• Maintain regular contact with key producing partners.
• Track production from agents and identify growth opportunities.
• Re-activate inactive or low-performing partners.
• Share market feedback and competitor insights with management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel sales.
• Experience working with DMCs and travel agents.
• Good understanding of hotel rate structures and distribution channels.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Organized, proactive, and commercially minded.
• Knowledge of OTAs and revenue management principles will be an advantage.
