QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar managerial role (Hospitality/Restaurant preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Solid understanding of food, beverage, customer service, and restaurant operations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage operations independently
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Age below 40 years
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain high performance standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality in line with company standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control effectively
- Coordinate with management and handle reporting procedures
- Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures
