Join our dynamic team and play a key role in bringing bulk orders from corporate clients and partnering with agent companies to bring more tourists to Agra Restaurant.

  • Drive bulk orders from corporates sector like banks and companies
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts
  • Partner with agent companies and bring tourists to Agra Restaurant
  • Grow business. Achieve targets. Create value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Sales Development
    • Identify and acquire new corporate clients such as banks, companies, hospitals, government institutions, schools and more.
    • Drive bulk sales for events, meetings, conferences, functions and special occasions.
  • Tourism & Partnership Development
    • Work with travel agents, DMCs, new operators and other tourism partners.
  • Key Account Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate and institutional clients.
  • Business Growth & Market Expansion
    • Prepare market trends and competitor activities.
    • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Sales Operations
    • Prepare proposals, quotations and tender documents.
    • Coordinate with operations, kitchen, finance and marketing teams.
  • Reporting & Performance Management
    • Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular reports.
    • Forecast sales and manage the pipeline effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in food industry sales.
    • At least 2–3 years of demonstrated exposure to corporate clientele across sectors such as banking, healthcare and tourism.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
    • Relationship management and networking skills
    • Analytical thinking and market awareness
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
