Key Responsibilities
- Conducting periodic compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.
- Assisting in preparing compliance reports for Board of Directors and relevant authorities.
- Leading compliance-related projects with a practical and business-focused approach.
- Maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
- Monitoring compliance status, following up on findings, and reporting continuously.
- Communicating regulatory developments and update relevant teams promptly.
- Promoting compliance awareness and supporting training initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Degree from a recognized university OR full/part professional qualification in Finance / Business Management / Legal / Compliance or a related field.
- Knowledge of finance industry regulations, including NBFI, AML & CFT requirements.
