Mortgage Associate
Responsibilities
- Respond to client enquiries while conducting regular follow-ups to ensure timely application progression.
- Prepare and process mortgage and loan application documentation.
- Verify information and ensure completeness and accuracy of applications.
- Monitor loan milestones and maintain application pipelines.
- Update CRM systems and internal databases accurately.
- Liaise with lenders, brokers, solicitors, valuers, and internal teams, as required.
- Coordinate submission of applications to lenders.
- Support mortgage advisers/brokers with administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Banking, or a related field preferred.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in mortgage, banking, financial services, lending operations, or customer support.
- Experience using CRM systems and mortgage processing platforms is advantageous.
- Understanding of lending and loan application processes is preferred.
- Exposure to Australian mortgage processes (desirable).
