ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Coordinator – Project Sales, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Sales team by coordinating customer inquiries, project follow-ups, quotations, and sales administration activities. You will work closely with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth communication, timely responses, and efficient execution of project-related requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting overall business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and follow up on project sales inquiries and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and project-related documentation.
• Support the Project Sales team in tracking project progress and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses and project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project updates.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and updates for management review.

QUALIFICATION

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the construction or project-based business sector will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented attitude.
