Vacancy for the position of Merchandising Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and hands on Merchandising Executive to maintain high visual merchandising standards across assigned sales areas. This role involves coordinating shop renovation projects, supporting new shop openings, and working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure effective execution of merchandising initiatives.
Job Profile
- Coordinate shop opening merchandising arrangements and support shop expansion and renovation projects.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across allocated sales areas in line with company guidelines.
- Manage visual merchandising requirements including display racks, furniture, and product presentation.
- Coordinate supplies, suppliers, and contractors related to merchandising and renovation projects.
- Manage warehouse deliveries and contractor deliveries related to merchandising projects.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and treasury for payment processes and documentation.
- Manage allocated and available budgets and ensure effective utilization within the approved annual budget.
- Support project timelines, documentation, BOQs, and completion of assigned projects within agreed schedules.
Personal Profile
- GCE O L and A L or equivalent qualification 1 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or sales assistant roles with exposure to retail environments.
- Sound knowledge of retail business operations and visual merchandising standards.
- Experience in handling visual merchandising projects and shop revamping initiatives is an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field as required.
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete projects within deadlines.
