PROGRAMME EXECUTIVE
Step Into Leadership at the Premier Institute for HR in Sri Lanka!
To oversee the end-to-end planning, promotion, enrollment, operational execution, and quality management of both foreign-affiliated programmes (such as the CMI Level 7 Professional Consulting Programme) and CIPM local study programmes. The officer is expected to support the Business School’s strategic goals by ensuring programme excellence, compliance with partner requirements, and achievement of enrolment and revenue targets across both international and local offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and Schedule the CMI Programme and Assigned Local Programmes in Advance
- Develop and Implement Targeted Marketing Strategies
- Identify target audiences and channels to boost visibility and enrolments for all assigned programmes.
- Track and Manage Leads via CRM
- Organize Awareness Campaigns and Promotional Events (Host webinars, info sessions, and engagement campaigns for both local and international programmes.)
- Conduct Interviews and Manage Admission Process
- Recruit and coordinate qualified faculty for foreign and local programmes, ensuring teaching quality and adherence to programme expectations.
- Oversee Programme Operations: Manage batch creation, class scheduling, DLMS/LMS readiness, material distribution, and communication flows.
- Monitor Feedback and Quality Compliance
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Excellent project and operations management capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage academic programmes, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and digital literacy (CRM, DLMS, MS Teams, DLMS).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, HRM, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in programme administration or academic coordination.
Remuneration for the above position is negotiated and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
