OFFICER – STUDY PROGRAMMES

The Chartered Institute of Personal Management Sri Lanka (CIPM), the nation’s leader in Human Resource Management and a globally recognised professional body for HR education, is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented and target-driven individual for the position of Officer – Study Programmes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing student inquiries, applications, CRM updates, payment follow-ups, enrolment coordination, student communication, and business development activities to support the growth and quality delivery of CIPM study programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote CIPM study programmes and convert inquiries into enrollments through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, CRM, and digital platforms.
  • Process student applications, verify documents, follow up payments, and support enrolment completion.
  • Coordinate student onboarding, including orientation communication, LMS access, learner credentials, and timetable sharing.
  • Participate in promotional activities such as exhibitions, Open Days, webinars, and career guidance programmes.
  • Maintain CRM records, re-engage prospective students, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth programme commencement and service standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or programme coordination, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English; Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, digital communication platforms, and record management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and support team success.

Remuneration for the above position is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
