SALES CALLING EXECUTIVES — A SALES-BASED PROCESS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact potential customers via outbound calls.
• Present and promote our products / services.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow up effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong persuasive ability.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Sinhala is an added advantage.

1 YEAR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED

1 year experience in a sales or calling role is preferred but not mandatory. Even potential freshers will be given an opportunity to grow with us!

SHIFT TIMING: 12.00 PM – 9.00 PM

WORK LOCATION: NAWALA, NUGEGODA
