SHOWROOM MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day showroom operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve assigned target
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation in line with brand guidelines
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to optimize results

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail or showroom management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams effectively
• Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management
• Mobile phone retail experience will be an added advantage.
