EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Supply Chain Operations
HARD SKILLS REQUIRED
- Knowledge of IT solutions (software, cloud, infrastructure, or services)
- Sales techniques and negotiation skills
- CRM tools and MS Office proficiency
- Understanding of client requirements and solution mapping
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Problem-solving and adaptability
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Engage with clients to understand technical requirements
- Present and sell IT solutions, products, and services
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups
- Meet sales targets and track performance
