Qualifications

  • A thorough understanding of SDLC practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, data analysis and requirement gathering techniques.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong ability to work independently on challenging projects.
  • Ability to complete work on time with outstanding quality and have the mindset for continual improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills including team management towards strict deadline.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work closely with clients and internal teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree in IT and/ or Business Administration.
