FISH FACTORY FLOOR MANAGER VACANCY
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to join our fresh fish processing factory in Seychelles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age below 45 years
- Good English communication skills
- Computer literate
- Previous experience in a seafood/fish export factory is required
- Experience in factory floor supervision and management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards will be an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily factory floor operations
- Manage production staff and workflow
- Ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
- Coordinate with management to achieve production targets
- Monitor productivity and operational efficiency
